Hi guys. I want to try my hands at painting a figure in acrylics. I was going to paint Pegaso's Medieval Bishop:
I figured it would be an easy figure to paint in acylics for the first time. I do have a question though, would a Bishop only wear red or were there other colors they wore? Would they have worn purple or blue? Also, what kind of heraldry would they have displayed on their shield? Their own or was there something showing they were clergy? If they did have their own heraldy on the shield is there somewhere i can look up Bishops and waht family's they came from? I know, I know, tons of questions but I tryed to find reference online but could not find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks!
