A nice 'flat', geisha style, flesh tones seem a bit 'flat', letting it down a bit. Added to wish list though.

Thanks Jamie, I couldn't get the lighting right when I took the pictures. It is really not that flat white for real. I did flesh tones first with a light wash of white over it.

Hi Nick,
so it is a limitation of lighting & camera technology....
And a 'pale' Asian complexion against a background of a 'dark' purple will throw off colours
Still on my wish list.
Also, you do a lot of nice 'contemporary' figures, which are based on real figures.
Personally, I think too many figures out there are sculpted to heroic proportions or idealised body shapes.
The busts have a degree of personality about them, which a good paint job will help bring out.
