hi I am always thinking of building the diorama in 120 mm about the retreat of Napoleon's army from moscow. I am wondering if any expert out here already done such thing. Thank you.

Hi Man,
There is a couple of figures in 120mm made by El Viejo Dragon, a Spanish firm; it may be a good start to set a diorama

Hello again,
Another suggestion, in the Verlinden catalogue there is a mounted Napoleon in Russia ref.1709 and and another couple of soldiers ref. 1408, useful to use in a russian winter diorama, all in 120, obviously.

Also Verlinden has a 2 figure vignette of retreat from Moscow in 120mm. I know it is no longer available, but you may find it somewhere. I do have one, but will probably keep it for now. It is very beautifully sculpted. Even the hands look the right size(I always thought verlindens' hands looked to large on their older stuff). Only problem is that one of the figures (he is lying down on the snow) is casted in the base. You might try to locate one and see if this would be something you want.

Good Luck -

I have done it in both 32mm Multi Pose and in 30mm Flats, I think any bigger and you will have to have plenty of tote (Money)
Colin.
