So I am calling this guy finished. Lots of experience gained through the many errors. The horse is a little too small and his neck is much too short as Borek observed. Anyway the next one will be better. I also tried out the AK True Metal paint for the first time. I like it a lot and will certainly be getting more.

Regardless of any equine anatomical issues, it's a very nice paint (y).

Good work John.
Sculpting horses is a classic case of practice practice practice.
To get the thing to look like a horse is one thing to match it to a jokey is another skill to master.
For me your work on this is very good and is presented really well.
Looking forward to more equine pieces from you John.
