Saw this on one of the (whisper it quietly) plastic modelling groups on Facebook and it made me chuckle, so I thought I'd share it here. Just for fun.




And in the interests of balance and to show that this is intended as an "equal opportunities" (in other words good-natured) piss-take, this is what can happen at the other end of the spectrum when guys get too carried away with "artistic license" (courtesy of another FB group).



Like (I'd wager) most, I fall somewhere between the two. At times closer to one or the other, depending on my mood and what's on my bench. But what the hell, the hobby's a broad church and as long as you're happy doing what you do, it's all good!
