Dear friends to colleague PF!

Has originally offered two different poses of the equestrian.
After study of sketches, it was offered to add a woolen raincoat, a straw hat and a bandage on the person.
In result there was one pose with several updatings.
It is a lot of photos here:

WOW! The camel is very stupid animal :D but this war-version is a very exciting subject.
I have just begun a camel (with Zlobov*S technic certanly :p ) for a turkish merchant in Hungary (16-17th Century).
So, congratulation! The camel corps is excelent!

Cheers,
Balázs

VERY VERY nice! Well executed and unique, two of my favorite things. Not to mention I have a soft spot for camels............

I also very much like this figure!
I transfer{pass} your words for the author of a figure, my colleague and the friend-
-Sergey Lupanov.
This figure in his{its} project already the second with a camel.
Also creativity Sergey Lupanov for Seil and personal projects is possible to look here:

Sergey Lupanov also transfers warm congratulations on Christmas to you - to colleagues the Planet Figure! :)
Yours faithfully.

Lovely work as usual Sergey! Excellent camel, one of the best we've seen made for the hobby.

On the lorica squamata though, the lamellae were generally very small - much smaller than typically represented by both sculptors and illustrators - typically only about the size of a thumbnail (although they could be much smaller still, around the size of the nail on the smallest finger).

Sergey Lupanov transfers gratitude for your kind words!
It{He} will necessarily answer your questions.
Yours faithfully.

I really like this figure,Sergey.
A great idea to do the Dromedarius.I like the rounded hat with the floppy rim.Great to find some new and interesting subjects being done so well.
I have one criticism however, and that is that most camels I know(and I must admit I don't know many well)but those I do usually hold their heads level and parallel to the ground at all times not at 45 degrees like a horse.
They're also covered in more hair than most miniatures portray.
Well done Sergey Lupanova.

Fantastic

Sergey, once again a fantastic piece of art - great sculpting - great subject thank you for sharing it with us.
Merry chrismas
Wolfgang

Hi, thanks for your responses!
Sergey Lupanov read all your words and thanks all participants for discussion of his{its} figure, also transfers for all colleagues of a congratulation!
These are some words Lupanov from our conversation and answers:
".. Concerning armour Lorica it{he} is absolutely right, following time we shall try to do{make} even less since it is the third variant of an armour, on each subsequent scales were ever less.
On the account of hairness of a camel, on a final variant a wool small strokes and under a body cloth but to add the big scraps of a wool on shoulders and hips did not begin, having left a place for conversion (it is time), and the main thing is a young and well-groomed camel (and at them the wool scraps does not hang) itself saw... "
Thanks, yours faithfully, we do not say goodbye...
