Thanks mates for the words!(y)

this scale is killing my eyes!!! LOL
some work on the head, hat on and jacket, from the pics of reference I saw, looks like he was carrying his gun and wide pants that made the hips looked wider, anyway I think i will soft this effect... a lot to do still, thanks for stay tune!
Antonio.

Yes Antonio...this scale really kills your eyes, also be careful with your back, you will lean forward a lot.

I love the folds in the coat and look forward to see him finished.

Rene

yea, I also have a sty in one eye now which not help! I decide to put those folds even in the reference pic dosent show but help that area from monotony, also my figure is more stable pose than the pic, getting there soon I hope!
thanks my friend for the comments!

Cool! Antonio, I don't see anything weird.

Only for the lower coatpart I would perhaps have chosen for applying thin strips on his legs and build up the coat there that way.

Rock on,

René

Antonio,
This is really looking great so far.
I would like to point out a few things, if I may:

The right shoulder is wider than the left shoulder.
(I think the uneven collar size caused this)
This makes the right arm starts at a lower point than
the left arm.

The arms are too long. I know they are not finished yet.
But the location of the elbows are too low.

These two issues combined make the figure look like
it needs longer legs at the moment... I think.

Hi Antonio I agree with Taesung's comment about the arms being a bit too long. It may also just be me or the camera angle but there is a slight flare in the coat below pocket level that gives the impression of his hips being lower than they should be. That also might contribute to the thought that he's a bit short in the leg. By the way, have you been using Vaseline to add new clay to the baked clay? I have found that really helps once you get to the detailing stage.

Hi Antonio,

I know it's difficult to tell from the photos, but I don't think the arms are too long.

Voluminous clothing is different from other forms of dress and difficult to sculpt as the elbow is 'hidden'.

I think you have it spot on, you certainly have an artist's eye!

Cheers,
Jon.
