Hi All
The Basement Webzine would like your help
Adrian and I were taking tonight about Roy, as I guess a lot of us are at this time, and what we could do to celebrate his life and the contribution he made to the hobby and it seems from the messages left here and on other forums he made a great impression on us modelers too.
So what we would like to do rather than Adrian and I typing up something that seems appropriate, we think that it should be all of us who knew him that should tell people about him, to that end we would like all the people who would want to to send us their memories of this man who we will all miss tremendously, it can be in whatever form you want from jokes he told to the first time you met him anything what you think shows what he meant to you and to the hobby, we would also like photos of him and his work if you have them.
We can then create a lasting tribute to this dearly missed guy.
You can either type them in here or mail them to me on the following email address
[email protected]
We don't want to confine this to just members of The Basement anyone who knew him we would like to hear from them too, if you could pass this on to them and ask them to get in touch if they would like to contribute.
Thanks in advance
Robin and Adrian
