Hello guys,
This is my new scratch figure, a Russian Cossack undress uniform during the Napoleonics War.
If you have comments or advice, please.

Cheers :)

Maurizio

Ciao Maui

Buon Lavoro

Then the piece me seems likeable
the little largest one of the left has the skillful moustache
the eyes even seem good reduce the eyelids than under
and the support leg makes one light curve towards the outside
I would little move the ginocchio to the inside.
Good Job

MAB :)

Very nice so far! A great face with lots of character.

I tried A+B and it's OK, but Magic Sculpt is easier to work with and much cleaner. It greatly reduces the little white debris flakes I see on your piece. I know I sound like a commercial for the stuff - sorry. :)

All the best,
Dan

Maurizio,

Looks good. One thing I noticied and I don't know if MAB said this or not, but the right foot should probably be more directly under the head in this pose. That would also cause the right hip to shift outward. Most of his weight is on that right leg and it would logically fall directly under his center of gravity. Please keep us posted on your progress on this one. I love Cossacks!

The head is a really impressive piece of work; the features capture that swarthy east european look that the nineteenth century Russian artist Repkin produced. Excellent.
