Russian tanker uniforms?????

Hi, I have never posted here before, In fact i am not really a figure guy, if you will.
However, I thought my T-34 in 1/16th scale needed some figures to make it right. There aren't any commercially so I thought I give scupting a try.

But I dont' have pics of the uniform. I would appreciate any help.
