Hi everybody.
This is my latest work.It took about four month so far. There are two more figures to go.All painted in acrilics .The trees are made from milliput and wire.
Asparagus ferns were used for the pine trees.
Any comments welcome
Roberto

Hi Roberto

What a brilliant conception and execution of a great diorama. Your painting and attention to detail is exquisite.

I can't wait to see it finished. Bravo.

Cheers

Great idea and much to do before we could see that. I like it very much. It looks very realistic.

So one questions. How do you made the branch and the needles??

Ulrich

Hey Roberto, that is one fine looking diorama! ;) I too have this diorama series from Pegaso and I was planning on something big to set it off. Your groundwork has accomplished this well. One question. Did you change the arrangement of the figures or simply use the supplied groundwork covered with you own? Hope this makes sense. :( Also, could you post a picture from above showing the arrangement if you repositioned the figures?

Thanks,
Jim Patrick

Hi everybody
Thank you all for your comment.
Ulrich:the branches and needels are from asparagus ferns
Jim:i did used the original bases. they have a nice spacing between the figures. If you are using the same bases make sure you have a good dry
run because the angle to which the arms are glued is very important .
Especially the one supporting the shields.
Roberto
