I have female figure (120mm) and I want to paint the top of her underwear showing above her pants. What can I do to reproduce a satin/ silk finish?

Never tried this myself but Quang had used a perlescent paint on his Tomoe Gozen bust to represent her silk clothing.
Can't remember the exact details, maybe Quang can expand on this if he sees this (and judging by the thread name, who's going to ignore it!)
