Well when you phone someone and ask if they have the items in stock ready to ship and they say quite clearly yes no problem.
You go ahead and order, only to find four weeks later they blatently couldn't have done, because nothing arrives.
The resultant customer query is met with, "the film was torn we have to do new ones".
1) The item was never in stock in the first place.
2) They haven't prooduced any stock for the shelf in over a monthe or wouldn't have mentioned a production problem.
3) They blatently don't care enough to let you know when your order is going to be delayed.
4) There is no excuse, ordering on-line means they could have sent an apology by email.
Sending etched brass sheets only requires a poly grip bag and title card for each etch and a cardboard backed c5 or a4 brown envelope with postal charge kept at a minimum.
Instead they charge the rate for an item up to 1Kg.
So premium charges for an extremely 4th rate service.
I'm shocked.
It makes you wonder if a decent web site is not the only thing missing.
