I gonna write about the post-sales service os Scale75.

I bought them one year before a miniature. When i put to prepare it, the last month, had a border inside a filigram that can not be eliminated without erase the filigram. So i contact with them trying to buy a new piece, explaining when it was bought, and they said that the solution was to give me a new piece, free. I wrote the mail in the night, and the answer was waiting for me at my e-mail in the morning. As they went to a contest this weekend where some friends went too, the piece was taken by them and now is at my home. This copy is perfect, and with cost 0.
Great miniatures and great attention from the brand. Recommended by a happy modeller
 
That indeed is very good service and I'm glad you got that problem sorted quickly.

The only thing that bugs me with these regular positive views on manufacturers is why they did not check the pieces properly before putting them in a box and selling them. It is such a simple quality check that could prevent such issues.

Anyway, glad you got it sorted Metal. Hope to see the project soon.
