Welcome to Planet Figure. Is the figure resin or metal? The face on the banner, is that etched onto the banner? It is a great sculpt!

I am pretty confident that the face on the banner is a direct reference from one of the most popular arts of Medusa. I remember coming across it when googling.

The sculpt is ok, whereas the paint job is world class.
