Hello everybody, I don’t participate in this great forum with many talent modelers at long time ago, since I finish another scratch original figure I’m going to share Somme photos of the work.
This figure was sculpt with a mixture of Magic and silver milliput, since the figure it’s not to commercialize I have no limits and the advantage to do many realistic details, like the coat sleeves open, the detail of the boot strings and another’s.
This is just a sample but in this moment I’m preparing one article of the full process with the painting steps two.
The figure was one French soldier of the Regiment infantry 1901.
Thanks a lot.

Paulo, Welcome to Planet figure. That is very very nice. The anatomy and folds and drapery of the clothing is well done. Are you going to paint him in acrylics?~Gary

Hello Paulo....welcome to the planet.. :)
You made a great job on the sculpting, especially the drapery, it's very convincing.
And a really good pose too.

All the best.

Roy.

Looks superb, I especially like to prasise the attention you've given to the belt kit. Often such mudane things get given lip service, buttou have obvioulsy taken the whole project very seriously. Love the face as well, very much in company with the rest of him, very convincing.
Keep up the good work.

hello Paulo and welcome to the planet. You have done a great job. I like your sculpting style.Very neat. Those veins on the left hand maybe sanded down a bit perhaps. Great work and show us more

Hello everybody, I appreciate very much yours sincere critics, with out any doubt this kind of honest commentaries help a lot my evolution.
Answers: First to Gary about the panting process, yes I’m going to paint with acrylics and one or two touches with oils, humbrol and impress paints.
To Joe Hudson, the figure was initiate with one skeleton of wire with the measure of 54mm.
About Slaj observation it’s very useful, I think the veins is one interesting point to see with more attention.
I’m very happy to have some attention in very important details, like the soldier campaign aspect, the head and hands and everything more.
Thanks a lot guys.
