I have attempted sculpting of figure coversion but I have a figure that I wish to change. It is a very minor change. I have a Warrior 200mm 101st figure that has a mohawk and I want to give him a full head of hair. What should I use to sculpt the hair and what method? Thanks for the help in advance.
You can see the figure in this thread....

I would use Magicsculpt and just blend it in with the rest of the hair. If you want a crewcut, you'd need to cut the Mohawk part down a bit, but that would work. If you want a "flat-top", you could leave the Mohawk and fill it in on the sides and back. If you want a short, but normal haircut, then, probably I'd cut about half or more of the Mohawk off and apply a thin sheet of Magicsculpt, thinning it even more around the ears and back of the head, nape of the neck. Then just use a scalpel blade or thicker needle to make hair lines. Use water to blend and thin the Magicsculpt but make sure the edges of the hair are fairly dry. Otherwise you'll get smears of leaking MS which you'll have to clean up later.

I would try this on a large scale head or something similar a few times until you feel confident and then use the same process on your model.

All the best,
Dan
