Hello my Friends.
This is my latest 120mm from Verlinden.
I decided to have a mess about with this kit and tried to revert to how I would paint 20 years ago.
This mainly consisted of dry brushing and the use of washes.
I don't think the paintwork is that good but I had fun messing around with it.
Anyway give me some honest oppinions(or even take the piss,I can take it:). ).
All the best.
Ralph.

Nice work Ralph.
It's always nice to try to vary the painting method.
You never know what you might find that works for you.

Cheers,
Andrew
Cheers Andrew:).
I get these silly whims now and again but best get back to my best work as my next 6 figures are commissions.

Ralph, nice work on one of the poorest Verlinden releases. I did not like it then and I still don't.

It was only a few quid on ebay and that's why I had a mess about..
You at right it isn't one of Verlindens best.

Nicely done Ralph. Just like you, the project I just started is being painted from my usual approach.
(Hope you had a good Christmas, by the way...)
Phil
