WIP Serafins WiPs

Hi,

I want to show you my new project, a battle between Woodelves (or Sylvaneth as Gamesworkshop calls them now) and the undead. Hope you like it. Feel free to comment and criticize. I didn´t buy GW Minis for some time, because I didn´t like the new design of them. But now they got me with the new Alarielle, the Everqueen. And because I couldn´t get an diorama idea out of my mind I now have to build it.

But I didn´t like the outcome of the ghosts, the looked somehow too friendly so I gave it another try

Quick question on your diorama - what did you add/do to the earth to make it look so grainy?

This is just looking fantastic - both models are looking wonderful so far. GW can be hit or miss, but when they're good, they can be really, really good. Really looking forward to seeing the rest!

Thanks for your amazing feedback.

But somehow the diorama didn´t work, so I decided to make a cut... a real one.. ok two.. and change the sites for good and evil. Even if the decision was not easy and cut the painted dio was painfull - it was worth it in my opinion.

You do make it seem easy but that's always the property of a great artist and in my book you do fall under that category.
