Seems another sighting of Nessie would have been too boring this year, so they came up with something more interesting :

Now we have a face, and we also know that he was at Culloden, and must have been wearing Highland dress in something that looked like Stewart of Appin tartan (some versions of that tartan did exist in 1746 and were worn by the man of this clan). Would make a nice figure.
