I guess you have figured it out by now......I like the sculpting of Alan Ball. He has a unique ability to sculpt the folds and drapery in a manner that is a joy to paint.
This kit is comprised of 7 parts all excellently sculpted and cast in a yellow resin.
Again Alan has done a beautiful job in his sculpting and combined with John Lea's (United Empire) casting they have teamed up to provide us with an excellent rendition of Sir Francis Drake.
I hope John will sell the base seperetly as this would be a perfect base for some other Pirates and seamen I have. Very finely sculpted ship's deck and railing .
This enlargement shows the excellent detail with this 90mm figure.
Highly reccomended figure with very little clean up needed.
