I surprised myself with this one, mate!!.....:cool:

I got it off the Life Miniatures Fb page actually.....another bloke did it!......extremely well.!!!
 
Ohh those Russians... Well, I'm not mad about Soviet union but the truth is Red Army freed my country and hometown in 1945 and - I really don't know exactly why - I like soviet uniforms especially their WWII helmets - maybe it's because Czechoslovak army has the same equipment so I know it quite well. This bust is amazing. In my opinion it expresses the terror of wars very well.
 
Great bust! And the theme is very good WW2 Red Army infantryman !!!!!
Just one observation - if you compare the bust with the picture - the hand of the bust clutching the cross seems to be a bit on the small side but it might be the angle of the picture. Great choice for a bust - regardless of the nation depicted - it is the "human factor" that makes the busts of LM so outstanding IMHO.
