Completed Spanish infantryman 1809

Hi Folks

Well after a very long absence due to personal circumstances I decided to finally pick up the brushes again over the xmas period. I chose this piece to get back into the swing of things. It’s a cracking little piece of from Heroes & Villans of a Spanish infantryman 1809.

The scale of the figure is 75mm and all parts are cast in resin. I tried out some of the new scale 75 acrylic paint sets on this figure and was quite pleased with the results.

Like I said all painted in acrylics and it feels good to pick up the brushes again although I feel a little rusty atm.

The skill is all still there Tommi some lovely touches on this piece, the face is probably a bit too white for my taste but it may have been washed out by the camera.

The Irishmen in Spanish service had their own regiments and wore sky blue coats.
