I present you my latest sculpted figure in 1/24 scale (75 mm.).

It is a commision by a costumer who is plannig to comercialize it soon. We will be making the resin casting in Miniaturas Fortes.

He is an american GI during the last stages of the war, having a cigarrette.

Like the figure, pose and character face - the souvenir Luger is a nice touch. IMHO the M1helmet shape looks a touch odd -it could just be the effect of the net sculpted over it. Might be worth checking it if you can before producing - just a thought. Good luck.

I thought the helmet was off myself. It should be more bulbous on top, the sides more vertical, not sloped so much, even with the netting in place. I think the area over the ears flares out too much as well. Kinda looks a little squashed. A lot of people get the M1 Steel pot wrong, its a deceptively complicated shape. I would try to find a different helmet to use.

I think even without the netting it looks a bit too shallow. When I say shallow I mean it should be a bit taller, and not slope back so dramatically near the top. Just my opinion, though.

I'm the guy who commissioned this figure. I'm extremely happy with Diego's work. I think he did a great job. I will come up with details such as price and availability once the castings are available.
