After I've now been given some to my comment about your work, I think it only fair to also show what times of my current projects.
This bust I do for my grandfather, who connects to an episode from his time in Russia during World War 2.

The face is so well done, maybe even a few highlights, the rest is in the works.

The face work is fantastic. I've mixed baby powder with my oils this reduces the glossy look, and cuts drying time to one day.

So I painted a little more time, the face is almost finished.
The jacket has got your base color and the lights of our shadow.
Is still much to accomplish, but it goes ahead.

Hi Hendryk!

Nice work, I like what I see.
Wich brand is this bust? original perhaps?
Your grandfather must be very happy with your gesture, and he got lucky to survive at war in Russia.
Keep us updated!:)

Hi Pedro,
the bust is sculpted by Tony Williams and distributed by Sovereign 2000.
Great painting Hendryk keep up with this one please.

Pete

Thus, our foreman will not freeze, so he has just received the lining of his jacket. I opted for a 2-color version. If only the background.

Today he got his camouflage jacket, I opted for the Italian version was introduced in 1944.
Unfortunately, the whole is still very wet and shiny.
The hood lining I've also almost finished, a few lights still shadows us.
