I don't know how this translates from English. But "Stagging on", is a phrase that means to do guard duty. I saw this little bust from JMD, and thought the look on his face sums up the boredom of doing guard. All minor adjustments are Milliput. The stripes are too high and some cleaning up required.
Carl.

Carl,

I'd imagine he looks a bit hacked off too because the Razzman's just pulled him for the shape of that beret........
Take it when he's completed he's going to wear the RAMC capbadge?

Laters,
Chris(y)

Stagging on

Hi Carl ,
Great conversion idea , I reckon this will look really good when finished , be interesting to see how you deal wuith the stripes ..is he wearing a"No2 "shirt or "shirts hairy" ?

Think also he would look good with a mug of tea !!!!! ..nice start on the flesh work .

Nap

Thanks for the comments. Nap I have made the obligatory mug of tea.(y)
I've put on the cap badge. (Awesome job Steve.)
I'll post the update tomorrow,
Carl.

Carl,

He's looking really cool now - like the stripes especially, you've done a great job on them & the shirt tailoring with cutoff sleeves etc. - just the way I remember them!
Like the thickness of the waistband too - is he going to be wearing a stable belt? Belt loops for the TMLs look like the exact dimensions as well. If you were to have this done as a commercial casting, I've certainly have one off you.
Finally, which Guardroom is he looking so hacked off at - Ward, Wing, Picton or Kiwi? Or maybe he's just been told about the Saxon Warrior's impending closure...........they still can't find a buyer for it!

Chris;)

Saw this little fella yesterday, excellent painting and conversion work so far and Carl with your idea's for completion this will be brilliant. Can't wait.:)(y)

I've roughed out the legs. Not sure if the proportions are correct.
But I think they look right to the eye.
Carl.
