Hi all!

This is my next piece for Stu at Stormtroopers....

120/05 SS NCO, Kharkov Feb/mar 43 wearing one piece panzer suit.

This kit has 12 parts in Stormtroopers usual light grey resin. Clean up was about an hours work and after the customary wash, scrub and dry I undercoated with acrylic auto primer...

I have started the Field Grey panzer suit and just need to add another layer of highlighting to pop the detail and the form a touch more...

The face is on the way and needs another session to smooth out the transitions and finish the eyes ...

Please feel free to comment, crit or correct :)

Michael ... Thanks  :)

Sam ... Many thanks! :)

Ken ... Thank you too :)

The face needs a couple of tweaks and some sheen, the leather is almost there and the panzer one-piece is just about done :)

the helmet will be getting a good layer of mud when I get to the weathering stage ...

Hi! Mark.
Great progress!
The feel of a material of the uniform is wonderful.
It'll be pleasant for me how you'll apply this figure now.

Mitsutaka.

cool figure!

Very promissing Mark.(y)
Nice weathering on the helmet.

Carl ... Thanks :) Sorry didn't get over to Leeds Saturday ... as you know car trouble :(

Keith ... Many thanks :)

Mitsutaka ... Thank you! :)

Pedro ... Thanks :) Hairspray and a very stiff brush for the helmet :)

Dom ... Thank you :)

Got a fair bit done this week and the supplied base is now attached to a block of pine, blended in and veneered, just varnishing and waxing to do on the plinth then onto paint and weathering...

The various bits of equipment are starting to get sorted out and I won't repeat myself here, as the methods are all described in my earlier threads ;)

The mitts I am trying to get some earthy colours into the mix as I imagine them getting a lot of punishment and it will visually separate them from the one-piece ... :)

a picture of progress so far .....

Great work on the face and helmet!
This will be another superb figure when finished.

Cheers,
Marcel.

Marcel ... Many thanks :)

Tony ... LOL! And thanks :) ( I also do russian chaps waving flags at stuff, but that will have to wait ;) )

Progress ... Most of the equipment is done and stuck in place ... still a bit of tidying up and tweaking to do, then weathering.... :)
