I am looking for suggestions for donor kits and materials/tips to convert them to make the 3 figures in this scene:
My conversion skills are minimal, so I would appreciate any hints or recommendations that would help me along the way. I already have 3 Hornet heads lined up for this one.

But I would look for stock figures that are close to the poses that you are looking for and go from there.
