Hello all fellow PF members and friends. I know I have been away from the scene regarding painting...since I'm doing my army course (only 1 month left to go). During this course I managed to paint a few models and here I will present you one of them. It's a little vignette taking place in 1811 somewhere in Britain. 2 Figures from Pegaso models + a scenery (the fountain) plus a figure from Globe miniatures (the woman). FIgures are painted in oils over enamels. Unfortunately the photography is very low quality (I forgot how to take good photos :p ). Anyway, here is my work...open to all comments and critics.

Xenofon

Really beautiful work Xenofon. I remember the start of it a long time ago , and now it has reached to an end. The setup is tight and nice, and the paitning of the figures is really nice . My congratulations for producing a quality vigniette even if serving Mama Greece !!!!!

Nicely painted Xenofon, the figures make a lovely little scene together
Glad your Army training is nearly over, you can then get down to some serious painting!
Well done
Cheers

Excellent work Xenofon.
I really like your vignette. Good interaction between the figures. It tells a story.

Now, 1 month. I remember when i had to do 1 mont in 1978, I was so glad to leaving the army. It where the worst 16 months in my life (btw i was a sergeant with the medics)..... I found it just trowing away 16 months of my life.

Marc

Artur, Kenneth, Marc, Ilija and Mike thank you so much for your kind words. I'm really glad that you like the combosition. :) Some more works will be presented here in the following days.

Marc I will totally agree with you. We do 12 months here and I believe these months are a total waste of time...but what can you do?? We all have to pass through it.
