I have this scene in 54mm. but I can't remember who the manufacturer was, it may have been Ulrich Puchala. I done it over 20 years ago.

Brian

Hi, Brian, yes, I think you're right. I think it's now available in Mueritz Miniaturen's catalog--he's producing Ulrich's 54mm Prussians under license, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure, but I think Rylit might also have the scene in her catalog, too. And I think Stadden may have had the vignette in his 54mm custom figure (last in Tradition's catalog, too, though discontinued a couple of years ago, for lack of demand).

I like Tradition's kits, so if they brought out a 54mm version, I'd get it, just to see how they do.

I have a figure of Frederick from this scene, in 75mm perhaps, by an unknown maker, primed but never started. That one, I would paint in matte, instead of my usual gloss.

Prost!

I see at Tradition's website, that they also have the vignette of the French Prince Clairmont interrogating a Totenkopfhusar, based on Knötel's illustration, also in the 90mm catalog. That's another scene that I'd like to see in 54mm, though I think I could acquire figures that I could bash and make that vignette.

Prost!

Magnus told me that Ron Cameron's vignettes isn't likely to be made in 54mm at the moment.
I'd love to see that vignette if you do it!

Cheers,

Håkan

Brad, nine weeks to MFCA - get those brushes wet, and have that figure on the table in May!!
When I saw this post, I figured [see what I did there] you would soon be commenting.
Hope all is proceeding well for the show. The Mafia is anxious, like kids on Christmas Eve!
See you soon!
