Completed Critique the happy Sentry, hallebardier XVIe century

hello Gents,
here is my finished figure for this 54mm XVIth century Hallebardier, painted with GW acrylics.
Unfortunately i have no clue who manufactured this figure back in time (got it for at least 15 years in my drawers ...)
This particular one will be put in a Silent Auction where all the sales will go to an association here helping families with disabled children.
as usual i'm waiting for your comments, good or bad
(sorry for the pictures : my cellphone didn't want to focus correctly today )

to a great cause helping families with disabled children ... all in all, the whole day permitted to gather almost 10K $
