Earlier we had a review done about this bust and I decided I also wanted to do a review and Jose sent me one for that purpose. Cast in white metal and scaled in a smaller 1/12th scale the bust of the Old Roman is super detailed and loaded with character.

Arriving in Ares's standard heavy cardboard box with the bust sealed inside a zip-lok bag. This was then sandwiched between layers of foam for protection.

Above are various views of the 1 piece casting showing the amazing detail the sculptor has put into the aged Senator.

Conclusion:
I find this to be an excellent kit cast in white metal and a real quality casting. Minimal clean-up needed in order to be primed and painted. Highly recommended.

If I remember correctly the last review showed a less than satisfactory casting quality and it was in resin. It is a relief to see that measures have been taken and glory restored.
