Young Miniatures October 2009 release is a Pirate and Monkey sculpted by the talented Ju Won Jung. This 15 part resin kit depicts a pirate at Sunset with his pet monkey on his shoulder.

Packaged in Young's traditional sturdy black box with a clear plastic sleeve around the box to keep it closed the small parts and the Monkey are packaged separately in a sealed bag. All parts are sandwiched between thick layers of foam to protect the kit during shipping.

Thanks for the very thorough review Guy.

Most of the members of Historical Military Figure Society of Western Australia will be building and painting this excellent bust over the Xmas/ New Year period, thanks to our good friend Ian Harries at Empire Hobbies (busso boy) and Young Miniatures, who are supplying the kits to us at a special price. Since most of our members are also Planeteers, I'll post up some pics of our finished busts in Feb/ Mar next year for you all to enjoy.
