The problem with Knight Models

Hi All,
anyone know what happened to Knight Models?
Their website does not work,
on Saturday I bought three figures, I have not received any confirmation from them.
They do not answer, no contact.
I hope I do not have problems, I like to figures this manufacturer

Weeeellll! I am one those who despite the fact of the long delays and missing parts I still push my luck every time I see a Knightmodels mini, especially from Marvel and recently from LOTR. They had problems with their site in the past. Perhaps they are updating or something. If you do not have confirmation of your order soon I would suggest that you contact your bank. But you better cross your fingers. All my on line orders were delivered quite fast, in about two weeks time. Orders from local retailer took over 3 months! And recently When I bought Legolas the bow (!) was missing. I contacted them and they got back to me after a few days. The missing part was delivered in again two weeks time but I had no info other than they would sent it. So, be patient. It is really a pity though. Someone on behalf of the company should offer an explanation to all the fans.
