As I paint with oils I normally have a fair few models in progress at one time. This one by mindworks was also finished alongside Puss.
I liked this one as it was a bit creepy. I tried to use light and shadows to try to focus most of the attention on the central figures but it seems the camera had other ideas.
All the best

Very nicely done, needs a few strings though.
Are the minor characters part of the kit? It is a wonderful piece, sadly out of my price range.

Very quirky indeed and great fun. A lovely colourful job, and as you say, a bit creepy.... Nice work!

Very cool Melanie. I've seen a few versions of this now and this one is up there. I love the blue hair. Good move.

Shame about the exposure! I can picture it looking extra nice against a really black backdrop.

Ken, Mobo, Rob, Simon, NigelR, Rocco82 and Malc. Once again thank you all for the kind words.

Rob, I did think about strings connecting to the crying character and floating for the "dead" character as they have been cut. I may revisit it. I have a thread used for ships modellers which is slightly elastic so would keep the tension.
The minor characters are part of the kit, however I believe they are not included in more recent releases of this kit, which I think is a shame.

Hi Mel

Well that's different to the Puss .....really quick but fun , nice cell painted , do like the leather effects on the main figure and the way you've done the coat lining

Plenty of other things to be checking out on this and all contribute to the story .....certainly very quirky

Good to see something different here on PF ....long may it continue

Look forward to seeing more

Happy benchtime
