Got back yesterday from Euro and I have to say that despite it not being the busiest I've attended in terms of the overall visitor headcount and number of competition entries to admire, it was definitely one of the most enjoyable - not least because I got the opportunity to put some more faces to pF names over a beer or three, including guys whose work I've admired here on pF since I signed up.
Congratulations to Tommi Worton and Terry Neesham on their well-deserved Gold Medals. Tommi and Caroline also deserve a special thanks for their sterling efforts on the live blog and photography fronts, as does Keith for organising the get-together on Saturday evening.
And Steve Kirtley's done it again - enticing far more money out of me than I'd intended spending at his "candy store". The man's a money-magnet, no wonder he's always smiling!
I hope everyone had a safe and hassle-free trip home (especially John Belcher and Vellum who'd made the long haul from the far reaches of the southern hemisphere) and that you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Roll on Euro 2012!
