A bit of a pig of a kit....the fit was pretty bad. The decals were rotten...they came to pieces. The plastic is pretty odd stuff, more like resin and didn´t take paint to well. Still it´s finished and I´m considering wether to make the other Toko stringbag I have in the stash.

Thanks Gary.
I do the rigging using Nylon transparent mending thread.
First I plan out where the seperate strands will go from and too, then drill tiny holes through. Some of the rigging can be pre-fitted..like on the engine cowling of this one.

When the plane is finally painted and fitted together, then I play a game of cats cradle, threading from one hole to the next using fine tweezers (the end of the thread I mark with a marker pen to make it visible. I work from interanl strands to external ones.

The start end gets taped to the wing or whatever, the other end pulled tight and with a bit of juggling it gets taped down as well.

The holes are then filled with glue (pattex is good) and let to dry for 10 hours or so. The access thread is then melted off usinf a hot pin.

When that´s all fine the starnds can be tightened up a bit using the glowing end of a joss stick held just next to them.

Then they get a coat of Anthracite Acrylic.

with each type of plane I have to think up a new rigging plane...this one was a nightmare :D
