Just to add to the previous comments - I've placed a few orders with Irbis in the past and have normally received them within a week (Russia to the UK) My most recent order hadn't turned up after about a month and the UK Post Office weren't particularly helpful in trying to trace it and suggested I go back to the seller. I contacted Alexey at Irbis and he immediately despatched a replacement order whic was received within 6 days of contacting him. Truly outstanding customer service which deserves to be recognised and applauded. Perhaps I should add that the figures from Irbis are always top quality sculpts and kits.
