A first stab at Nmm for me. Scalecolor acrylics and inks, brush and airbrush base coats. Thanks to all for the encouragement and feedback. I'm sure I'll try nmm again. Clearly lots of work needed to learn the technique.

Well done Matt that is awesome, NMM can and often is over done, fine for fantasy but back in reality metal armour is as you have painted it here. It looks solid and like steel, the whole piece sets a mood all its own, I love the style you have used on this.

Not great fan of NMM myself but you have done a grat job.Nevertheless I think that the main focus point should be the amazing skintones and the facial expression which is totally captivating.
