Has anyone else out there had any problems trying to access their photobucket account? I've been trying as far back as late November, and every time I try to access their page, I get re-routed to....well, nothing! Just a blank page staring back at me from the warm glow of my computer. So is it just me, a problem with my account or is it something that others are experiencing as well?

Cheers all, and have a very happy New Year (Hogmany for my Scottish friends):)

yeah i had this problem, but it stopped when i changed web browser i was using google chrome and it kept doing what you described i switched to firefox and it worked
hope this helps

It's probably a browser problem as I was getting the same thing in Opera 12 and at the time you couldn't revert back to the old version in Opera. ( catch 22) They have basically opted you into the beta website.

Opera 12.12 now works on the PB don't know if its the beta site or the browser that fixed it.

Try another browser and opt out of the new version ( should be a link on the top right side under underneath your profile settings) then try your normal browser again. See if that fixes it.

( remember to clear your cache just in case in your normal browser.)

Hi guys; Tried using firefox, but still experienced the same problem. It (PB) is definitely trying to send me to the beta version, but I can't seem to find the opt out button in the time I have available before the screen goes blank, which is about 6 seconds. Will keep trying! Thanks all for your suggestions.

My first thought was a browser issue too Glenn but if you're using any reasonably up-to-date version of Firefox and still no joy this may not be directly about the browser but rather to do with plugins or shared resources, like Java.

Clearing the cache and trying again as already suggested is worth doing, it can help with a surprising number of problems!
