It is a little difficult to see the helmet detail but it looks to me a little like this one.Screenshot_2016-05-22-14-53-12-1.png .

If so, then he is a Trumpeter of Belgian Crabiniers at Waterloo.

Sorry Alan,
It whas packed as a gift with a figure I bought out of a grey army.
So I don't have no clou who made it. I know now that there are some missing parts, and have to change the belt buckle into a grenade instead of a W.

I find the original at the site of Bonapartes miniatures.
It is a Rendall Patton sculpt
