For what i can see from these picture's you did a good job.
Lining off the blue eyes from the Viking will do the job.

looks really good.
One tip ; if you look at the axe, it seems he spilt a lot of (others) blood. In that case I would add some on his clothes.

I like both of them. You did a good job with them.

As for the fat fellow's shield, did you paint the wood grain on it or was the grain sculpted in? It looks really good.
