I ordered some busts and bases from ZONA 72.
Received an email that the order was received and shipping costs would be calculated and I would be advised. I waited a month and then enquired as to the status of the order . Manuel quickly responded that he had forgot to reply and offered 1000 apologies. (wrong #1)
The postage quotes came and I selected my option.
I waited two weeks and enquired again as to the status of the order. Manuel said he was waiting for payment. I was waiting for a PayPal invoice.
I had misread the email and I should have instigated payment. (wrong # 2)
Manuel generously offered to include an additional bust at no charge .
Mistakes happen and this is just a hobby so no harm done.
Thank you Manuel for your concern about customer service. I have ordered from ZONA 72 in the past and will do again
