U.S. Army Field Dressing Colour?

Hi all.
Can anyone help please?
I'm needing to know the colour of U.S. Military field dressings as used in the 1960's (Vietnam).... Not so much the colour of the packaging but of the dressing and bandage material itself. I know the British ones were a sort of sandy flesh colour but were the American ones the same?
