U.S Tanker colours.............help

Hi



I have just started painting this U.S tanker by S&T.

Could some kind people help me with the colours and even brand of colours I might use, I have no idea.

Also I can't tell in the pic if the main colour of the jacket is the same colour as the pants.

Any help, links to tutes and better pics would be great.
