Introducing Ugo!!!
I live and work in Milan, Italy with my wife Laura (my biggest fan) our daughter Lucrezia (born on 13 December 2002) and a little Federico ( born on 26 March 2005 ). I paint historical figures using oils almost exclusively, with particular interest in the medieval period. I also have a liking for fantasy world subjects. Thanks to this hobby and participation in competitions, I have travelled all over Italy and have had the good fortune to meet and make many new friendships, many extending beyond just modelling. I also love the mountains very much and mountain sports. For a time when I was sportsman I enjoyed skiing, mountain biking, hiking and climbing. I have also had great fun parachuting. Today, beyond painting historical figures, I face competitions of a gastronomic character..... with all its challenges.
