Its hard to give anything more specific, different regiments differ in small detail.
the picture you gave is Efreitor of 4th East Siberian shooters regiment

You could contact the sculptor of the bust for references they used - would help to have some info on the regiment he used. Is Valiant?

I dont know the ДВС abbreviation you see..

I did a word search on Google "Russian summer uniform 1904" and one of the hits was

This is an Australian national online library excerpt from the Australian Bendigo Advertiser newspaper from June 7, 1904, quoting General Kropatkin (?) to the effect he believed that the white summer uniforms his soldiers were wearing were too visible. He is quoted as saying that he had ordered them to be dyed grey in the field with new issues changed to grey also. So...

Is this at all helpful Martin?

I also looked for new uniform illustration images that might be helpful, but was unable to come up with anything you probably have not already seen.

Hi Dan!

You're absolutely right. I have a source (book) from 1906 which says that they have dyed her white uniform shirts with tea to be less visible in the field.
