That issue is between them and the IP owners.

As buyers we can either take them in good faith and assume that some arrangement was indeed made (and as far as I'm aware, there's no evidence to suggest otherwise). Or if we can't accept that and are uncomfortable with it, then just don't buy the product. It's as simple as that.

Either way, there's no denying that they are superb likenesses and lovely busts / half-figures.
