The next kit in a series of reviews I will be doing for Minuteman Models depicts a US Marine at Tripoli in 1804. This 9 part kit cast in light gray resin also comes with 2 color guides printed and included in the box.

The top photo shows the color box label that gives the painted a larger look at the figure. The second photo shows how well the kit is packed in a sturdy white cardboard box with styro-foam chips to cushion the parts while in transit. The bottom photo above shows all the kit parts removed from the sealed bags and laid out for display.

Because this is a 120mm figure I decided to also show close-ups of the upper portion of the torso as well as the bottom.

Above are close-ups of the lower leg section of the torso. There are some seam lines that will need to be removed and sanded before painting.

Conclusion:
An excellent kit depicting a rarely seen historical period in minuatures. Some seam lines need to be removed. Highly recommended.
