Has anyone got any good color mixes for US Vietnam Olive Drab? I don't mind if they are acrylics, oil or even enamels. Would need to weather it quite a lot as well.

The best enamel colour I've found is Humbrol's French Artillery Green. As far as Vallejo acrylics are concerned, I mix a little bit of Yellow Green into Russian Green (924) to get a pretty good Vietnam Olive Green colour for US uniforms.

For oils, I'd start with an Olive Green base colour and experiment by adding yellows and whites in small doses. Sorry I can't be more precise Peter, but I don't think there's an appropriate oil colour you can apply straight from the tube.

Here are a couple of options that I've collected for future reference. Hope they help

ACRYLIC (not sure where I got this from)
Vietnam era (Author Unknown)
Uniform Vallejo Green Gray works well as a base with Sunny Skintone added to fade it out.
Or The Vallejo Grey Green is a great place to start, and is one of my favorite colors for US uniforms. For the USMC utilities, I would suggest adding a bit of Vallejo 902 Azure blue and 802 Off White to it to achieve the right color.

For webbing, I would suggest a variety of shades of khaki, including both green and tan brown shades. Good colors to start with are 988 Khaki (duh), 879 Green Brown, 882 Middlestone, and 821 German WWII Beige Camoflage.

OIL (Friend of mine gave me these mixes )

Work from a base of Indigo + Cadium Yellow + Titanium White

Webbing:
Base of Indigo + Sepia + Yellow Ochre + Titanium
